Introduction to Meditation
Perhaps you already know the joy of meditation, or are interested experiencing it for the first time. In either case, (there is an increasing consensus that) meditation is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.
Meditation is the simple practice of bringing our attention fully into the present and allowing our awareness to expand into the wholeness of our Being.
Whether we call it contemplation, mindfulness, centering, or "conversations with God," virtually every spiritual tradition recommends some form of meditation as a way to know peace and attain greater integration, balance and self-mastery.
Join us for an experiential overview
of meditation techniques, discover which one(s) might be best suited for
you, and open the door to the profound love, beauty, wisdom and creativity
within you.
This class is for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen
their practice.

The Abundance & Prosperity Course shall focus on building your relationship with source energy that allows each of us to examine our own definitions of abundance and prosperity. The course will utilize three texts. The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price, Ask and It Is Given (The Teachings of Abraham) and Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The focus of our class purpose is to become aware that...
"Prosperity is the outpicturing of substance in our affairs. Everything in the universe is for us. Nothing is against us. Life is ever giving of itself. We must receive, utilize and extend this gift. Success and prosperity are spiritual attributes belonging to all people, but not necessarily used by all people.” - Ernest Holmes.
The class will focus on daily tasks to heighten your awareness and connection to increase your personal abundance and eliminate impediments to your own prosperity.
“When you focus on money you are actually shutting off your supply. You must cease believing money is your supply, your support, your security, money is not – God is.” - John Randolph Price.
Learn the techniques that show you how to be in the flow and use this eight weeks to track your shift. The course will be held each week for eight weeks at the home of one or two of the classmates. Place to be announced but in the Haverford area in general.
The texts are:
The
Abundance Book ~ John Randolph Price – $7.00
Ask
and It Is Given ~ Jerry & Esther Hicks – $14.95
