I view my place here as temporary. Science tells me we can not create
or destroy anything, only change its form. My essence, the energy that
drives this body must therefore continue beyond the end of my physical
body.
Look up the movie, "21 Grams", Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu.
With Sean Penn, Naomi Watts, Danny Huston. It is an interesting look
at evidence of this essence leaving a dead body or read about the
phenomenon on the internet. I have used this logic to communicate my
spiritual belief's with science minded agnostics.
I seek only to know why I chose to come here. Why would I subject my
essence/soul to the finite limitations of this mind of brain cells?
Perhaps myself and many others like me play an important role in a
coming transformation of civilization? I think we will do this through
deep love for each other and our temporary home. Perhaps I just wanted
to know what a flower smelled like? I have held this view for many years.
The blog I posted with the words to the song "Temporary Home" clearly
illustrates that many others share this view.
