Birthday Blissing!
A big ALOHA to my Common Ground family! Thank you for the wonderful wave of birthday love today. I woke up this morning with the deep inspiration to observe silence for 24 hrs and spend the day in reflection, do some reading, writing, stretching (in every sense), being in nature... and mostly, being in GRATITUDE.. definitely my theme for this cycle. I hold you individually and collectively deep in my heart and thank you for being in my life.
