Being and seeing

In my minds eye I feel the expression of the Almighty
In my human eye I see the digression of human kind
The images before me send tears through my soul
If only they could be free
Free to express the vision I see
The truth within their eyes
Of all the times they tried
To live and only to die
Forgotten the lessons of youth
The mundane has drained all that they are
Yet I sense that a presence can inspire their star
So I cry to the heavens for the angels to hear
I kneel down in reverence to whisper into mother earth's ear
Our minds meet in God's space and create the revealed sight
That shinning light of heaven will cause an internal fight
The light will blaze a fire inside my loves heads
The light will bring chaos and make them toss and turn in bed
The light will burn out all that is unclean
And leave my loves face glistening with angelic sheen
And my minds and human eye will see the same sight
The day that God has made will make us all shine bright
