Right now, take a deep breath and--just for 30 seconds--create a moment of stillness.
In the depth of stillness, you will acquire the full power of the mind and find answers to all life defining questions. Stillness doesn’t necessarily refer to the absence of noise; it refers to the absence of thought. It is in that state of mind when we experience nirvana.Become still, and remain aware of this stillness even when we are surrounded by drama; another reality surrounds the craziness. Breathe, and sense a glorious stillness cuddling each and every moment. As long as we remain aware, the drama, to which our egos are tempted to respond, will not take over. We will continue to “see” our lives from a place of stillness and purpose.
