I've been practicing Bikram Yoga regularly for over 2 years now, and I love it.. even at 5:30am!
I'm curious about the benefits of other poses/yoga styles, and the possibility of incorporating them into my overall yoga practice.

I figured I'd start a topic.Has anyone read the Aghora Trilogy by Robert Svoboda?It doesn't get much more 'Tantric' or 'Book' than that, in my humble opinion.I would be very excited to drop into those books again, and have some people to talk to them about.One of the topics that I really like, that he covers, is the idea and the implications of Karmic Debt.I'd love to hear thoughts about his thoughts on that topic.See More
