- About Me
- I am an owner, executive director and teacher of a martial arts school in Newark, Delaware since 1973. I teach the martial arts from a holistic perspective--teaching the mind, body and spirit. Recently (2008) I became the first martial artist to be inducted into the Delaware Sports Museum and Hall of Fame...and, with that induction became the first martial artist to be inducted into a State's Sport Museum and Hall of Fame in the continental USA.
I am very much interested in spirituality and philosophy. I have studied many physical, mental, spiritual and emotional disciplines to help my own transformation...and to help others any way I can. Also, I love music, concerts, reading, writing, metaphysics, nature, animals, and sports.
I try to bring peace and love to the world. Love, peace, joy, harmony, appreciation, gratitude and happiness are some of the virtues I try to express each day. I also teach these in my school (American Karate Studios in Newark, Delaware).
