This salon is an experiment to see if we can create, together, a Sabbath, Common Ground style.Since joining Common Ground, and essentially using it as my spiritual home, I miss Shabbat, the Jewish Sabbath. About Me
I intend to continue to learn, grow and expand... I am always on a wondrous adventure! Health and Wellness is my career and a personal passion. I own a Wellness Center in Old City Philadelphia called TRIUNE WELLNESS. The website is www.tri-une.com. I am blessed with the abundance of it's growth over the last 8+ years! My work is my spiritual practice, as it encompasses years of education and training in teaching and groups/psychology combined with intense personal growth and life experience that I bring to my independent practice within the business that I manage. I do Life Empowerment Coaching, Counseling, Psychotherapy, Holistic Coaching, guided imagery and mindfulness based stress reduction for individuals and couples of all ages. I am in the process of launching the Triune Center for Holistic Wellness Education in 2009, as well as running groups and offering seminars.
I see life is a mystical journey and a gift. I am abundant in all areas of my life ;) I am the ocean, and I ride the waves when they come, and rest and restore in the gift of serenity. I am orbiting in divine right order, in the right place at the right time. Helping others is my life's passion and spiritual practice; developing intimate, meaningful relationships with open hearted, passionate, loving kind, adventurous and compassionate travelers is always a blessing. I dance frequently as dancing frees my spirit and my playful wondrous child and my wild passionate woman! Professionally, I am very entrepreneurial and creativity is important to me: there are many ways I love to express my creativity!! I am expanding into my growing edge, which I am doing both horizontally and vertically. Listening and engaging in stimulating conversation is important to me. Deep and philosophically/spiritually minded people are my chosen fellow travelers. Beautiful surroundings and ambiance are inspiring to me and I belong there. People who are open, honest, warm hearted, emotionally generous, passionate, fun, playful, funny, and genuine are attractive to me. I love to give gifts of all kinds to beautiful people. Thoughtfulness, authenticity, passion and generosity are traits that I respect. Loyalty, honesty and courage are also high on my list. I have had a lot of life experiences, but I intend to start where I am knowing there is and always will be more that I don't know. Right now, I am on a journey to share all life's gifts with my sacred divine, holy beloved who I will meet very soon! I have so much. I have so much to give and receive from Universal Abundance.
