Common Ground

Whatever the question, love is the answer...

Kaba'h

This is the very first house of worship built by prophet Abraham as a tribute to the divine.
I am in there somewhere.
Every muslim five times a day pray towards this building , no matter where they are on the planet....so in a sense everytime a believer prays....he or she facing his or her brother.
Building itself serves no significance or has any value ..it is the very presence of all these souls gathered here makes the experience..I guess all of us in our own way looking to connect with the beloved and ultimately in our salvation realizing that he/she is inside of us allready. The journey must be taken towards ourselves.
Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) said
"A soul who knows himself , knows the beloved."
