Morning Prayer Call

Good morning! It is a delight to join in this way. We had a deep and lovely prayer call this morning, focusing on gratitude. My husband Rick & I have some medical procedures scheduled for today, and I am grateful for the deep peace experienced in the prayer call that sets the vibrational tone for the day for us.
After this morning's call, I checked my email and saw the following message from Unity's Daily Word, so I share it here. Blessings to you and yours.

God's unlimited good flows to me and through me.
Today I affirm my oneness with the all-ness of God. I am a channel of God's abundance, energy and power. I am a vehicle of expression for the spirit of the living God. Unlimited good comes to me and flows through me. Divine inspiration is my inspiration. It lifts my spirit and motivates me to act, filling me with energy and confidence, faith and clarity.

My awareness of the abundance of God expands each time I pray, each time I unify myself with the presence of God. In prayer, my mind opens to the blessings I may have missed and the unlimited possibilities before me. I am prosperous, for I live in the flow of God's unlimited good.

Great day of love behold to all who share in this moment. Thank you for your connection. Thank God for all this. Thank Spirit for all this. With you through Him I give thanks to all works and mystery unfolding. This wonderous dance we undertake is perfect. Do not question - let go and move freely with the dance. Take the hand of God and listen to the Angels song - dance freely within your heart. Literally dance....move your body and feel the love.

Welcome 7 AM callers! I'm still wondering what's the best way to use this great resource. Just wanted to jot down a few things we talked about this morning.
Where we are willing, God is able.
When we are in the very human experience of sadness, grieve or depression, we breathe, seek support, and trust that the unfolding is part of our evolution. To set the intention to be available to Spirit, to listen deeply, to be open to expressing gratitude for even the smallest things- As we merge with the rhythm of natures' cycles, the turning of the hour, day and year, we acknowledge - yes, from our open heart set toward compassion and love, there are possibilities that we couldn't see otherwise. May our day be blessed with bits of joy, peace and radiance peeking through the surface of our plans and chores. Love and light to you through out the day!

No, the old site is gone, but you have 2 interesting options. You can start a threaded discussion right here in the group. So, for example, you can create a "Reading for the Day" thread, and just keep adding new posts to that thread.

The other options is that individuals can post their own Blog entry.

It all depends on whether you want the readings to be specifically associated with the group, or more with the person who posted it. Feel free to experiment!
