Named in honor the Lenape Turtle Clan. The first Artisans to inhabit this land.
During the weekend of October 22 & 23, a collection of Cheltenham Township's finest contemporary artists will open their studio doors to the public. The Turtle Tour showcases
nationally and internationally acclaimed artists who work in various media, including paper, fabric, jewelry, painting, photography, pottery and turned wood.
The Turtle Artisans Tour is an opportunity for the community to connect with artists and get a glimpse of the creative process. Whether a student or a collector, the Turtle Tour is hoping to encourage our community to support the arts, take a class or deepen awareness and appreciation for the talent that abounds in Cheltenham Township.
