There are times of direct guidance, weaving between movement, yoga and vocalization and times of open exploration for personal and collective experience and discovery. This workshop begins and ends in a circle for introductions, intention setting and sharing in community. It is based in DansKinetics®, 5 Rhythms® and dance therapy perspectives with a focus in non-denominational spirituality and eco-psychology.
