For many of you at Commonground, we have spoken about events and you were waiting for a date, time and location. It is finally here!

Each Meetup will be an opportunity to gain more knowledge of your journey of your self. This will be a chance to self reflect, work on personal goals, gain insight to your own growth, awaken a deeper connection to your spiritual source, expand your body of light, and ignite your passion for love, connection & intimacy.

You will get a chance to relax, revive, feel refreshed, nourished, comforted, supported & loved! And above all you will know that your growth is not something that has to be done alone. You will have the company of others around you who always desire to be connected, and are on the journey.

What I will offer are many things. Some of them include: practicing Yoga, learning reiki or being a part of a reiki or energy healing share. I may teach a Reiki Class and Initiation you into the energy and frequency of reiki. There will be a gathering for Self Healing Practices, Empowerment for Women, Yin Yoga for Women & Mothers, Yin Yoga For Beginners, a Massage Gathering, a Tantra Study Group, Emotional & Stress Release Techniques Gathering, an Ascension Meditation Gathering (Increasing Your Vibrational Frequency Gathering), A Kundalini Awakening Meditation Gathering, A Spiritual Play Group (for parents & children), Tantra Dance & more!

The opening is Tantra. The anchoring is Healing! Tantra is and can be a subtle form of energy healing and raising your power and connection to your whole self in love and a deeper connection to source! It is your access to fully being alive in your own body and having the ability to feel all of your sensations; physically, spiritually and mentally. The physical meets the spiritual and the spiritual meets the physical. They all go together in a powerful combination of opening, expansion and love!
