Event Description

Join me for our weekly Writing for Wellness Circles where we offer space for reflection, meaning-making and creativity. Come because you need a mini-retreat from your week, come because you want to play with words, come because you want support in making sense of it all.

Each time we meet there will be poems, fragments of literature or images to use as springboards into your thoughts and onto your the page. The invitation is to allow a stream-of-consciousness to flow without concern for the normal trappings of writing, bypassing our inner-critic and being open to the possibility of transformation.

Bring a journal and something to write with; materials will be
available if needed.

This will be an ongoing group every Sunday through February and perhaps beyond depending on demand.

Hi Jenna! I'm glad you're interested in the group. You can learn more about it at my website, thisenergeticman.com. There is a $15 fee, but in the spring I'll be exploring sliding scale / co-creative payments as I don't want the fee to be a barrier to the work.

Hi.  I may not be able to make it on the 1/9 but am very interested in the sunday writing group.  Where can I find out more about it?  Is there a charge?

Peace
