Spiritual teachers Saniel and Linda Bonder: HEARTgazing and conversation evenings

Saniel Bonder is a well-known spiritual teacher and integral philosopher, founder of the Waking Down in Mutuality movement. He and his partner Linda Groves Bonder are in Philadelphia for two rare appearances on Thursday 4/2 in Norristown and Friday 4/3 in Bala Cynwyd. There are also daylong workshops on Saturday 4/5 and Sunday 4/5

These are introductory occasions, a time to meet Linda and Saniel and others involved in their work, and to experience their transmission of the HEART directly and personally. They are open to anyone who hungers for a deeper connection to yourself, to life, to Nature, to God, to others, regardless of your religious faith or spiritual practice, or lack of these. HEARTgazing is for humans with hearts! And even for people who sometimes feel cut off from everything they feel they should be feeling ...

Each session will begin with a brief silent meditation just so everyone can relax and settle into the space together. Then Linda and Saniel will introduce themselves and their work, and begin the HEARTgazing process. Each participant will be welcomed to come and sit in front of them and receive their empowering and liberating transmission by "gazing" and also by gentle, non-invasive touch. Meanwhile, other participants will be welcomed to sit with one another in dyads face to face and give and receive our own heart-presence through the simple practice of gazing. Each session takes about a minute or so. These are very juicy, loving, and profound ways of being together, as we hope you will come experience for yourself!

The rest of the gathering – an hour or more, usually – will be devoted to Q&A and conversation about Saniel and Linda's HEARTwork, the teaching and community called Waking Down in Mutuality™ that Saniel founded, and whatever else we would like them to address.
