Set in sacred and safe containment, this event provides an opportunity for personal and collaborative community exploration of vibrant aliveness, interconnection and expression of spirituality through movement, yoga, vocalization, rhythm and intention. There will be non-denominational altars honoring the elements and the directions so feel free to bring something of personal significance to add.

Sliding scale $10-25 (scholarships available - no one will be turned away).

This is a trial run of Spirit Dancing to see if we have a solid enough interest to cover the costs of running it consecutively. We are hoping to have a group who is willing to commit to one session a month for five months.

An RSVP is not required, but we'd absolutely love to know if you're planning on being there. You can indicate it on the right side of this page.
