Event Description

Spring '10 Retreat, Friday evening and all day Saturday, April 30 (7 to 9:30 PM) and May 1 (9:30 AM to 4:30 PM) in Center City Philadelphia.

The work is the end of suffering — no story, no suffering. It is that simple, and four simple questions take you there. Check out WWW.THEWORK.ORG

Jim Frank holds an MA in Psychology, is a counselor, a teacher and a ritual leader. He completed the 9 day School of the Bryon Katie in the Summer of 2003. Call for more info about Jim and other events or go to: www.jimfrank.net

The Work is about the truth. Thoughts come and go, and the mind’s job is to prove those thoughts. We suffer when we attach to an untrue thought. The Work uses the mind to ask the questions and looks to the heart for the answers. We don’t have to change or replace a thought, when we examine an untrue thought it will just slip away. And that is the end of suffering. If you are new and wish to find out more about Byron Katie, and the Work, check out www.thework.org.

“If you were to buy only one self help book ever, make it Loving What Is, it will get you where you want to go.”- Jim Frank
