POSTPONED: Exploring Authentic Joy and the Emergence of Common Ground 2.0

Purpose

One essential source of enduring and authentic joy is discovering and living out our own true and deepest life purpose. Come feel the joy, warmth, and support of others as we create a space of freedom and discovery together.  Insight about Common Ground 2.0 will emerge organically from this natural process.

Agenda – Part 1

Led by Common Ground’s own Carol Adams, we will practice together a “presencing” process based on Theory U.  We will help each other sense our own individual passion for sacred work wherever and however it wants to emerge.

Agenda – Part 2

Organic community is a place of freedom and becoming.  What form must Common Ground take to be support this emergent process?  The Common Ground leadership will present some big changes that we believe will be needed to fulfill our vision and mission.  We will engage in creative dialog around some specific questions.

Come as You Are

So, do come and be refreshed and reinvigorated... even if your only reason is to see what amazing and beautiful things emerge from the experience, or even just to learn emergent planning skills for your personal or professional life.

Each person will have the opportunity to participate at whatever level works for them.
