Event Description

An evening of Expressive Movement Therapy
First of three sessions: Feet & Legs

How do you walk (or dance!) in the world?
How present are you in your feet and legs?
How can you be more grounded?

Explore ways to access and develop confidence through your body’s own language. Each session will explore a different body section. We will use creative processes that include drawing, writing, imagery and movement. Dress comfortably and expect to have fun!

Three evenings:
· Nov 18 – How do you stand and walk in the world? (feet and legs)
· Dec 2 – How do you present yourself? (head and face)
· Dec 14 – What makes you feel alive? (spine, chest and heart)

Cost: $25/session, $70 for all three paid in advance

Please call Anne at 610-642-7868 or email AnneInMotion@gmail.com to register, if you have any questions, or if you'd like a flier.

Expressive Movement Therapy is a novel approach to accessing and drawing upon the rich life of the subconscious within yourself. It's a little like art therapy, a little like dance therapy.
Whatever intention you have going in (in this case, developing confidence), you will no doubt come up with some gems of awareness to help you along your way. It's meaningful, it's fun, it will move you!
