About the documentary, With One Voice.
Two dozen spiritual teachers from a wide range of faiths were interviewed for this beautiful film, many of them well-known leaders in their respective traditions. They describe the underlying reality of divine Oneness known by mystics in diverse faiths and speak of what is needed for world peace.
Only recently has it been possible to make the world’s vast spiritual teachings available to a global audience and to create a dialogue between its revered teachers. Many of them appear in this film, their comments woven together in a provocative tapestry of wisdom and promise. They explore the possibilities for the evolution of a humanity that can live in peace. Whether they call it God, Divine Reality, The Absolute, or another word, mystics speak of one unifying thread that links and transcends all peoples and religions. The contemporary mystics in this groundbreaking film share their common vision of that essence, and invite us to see beyond our separateness. For them, all of our problems stem from a loss of connection with the infinite source that sustains us. Their solution is simple: reconnect. If we do, they say, there is no problem we cannot solve. Their voices encourage us to hear the One Voice within us all.
