WHY SHOULD I TAKE THIS CLASS?

  • If you’re feeling stiff with a limited range of movement, experience a series of gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises.
  • This is an uplifting and restful yoga series that will improve your overall vitality and connect you to a deep sense of inner peace.
  • If you feel overwhelmed, frazzled, on edge, have body aches, mental exhaustion or unrelenting illness, then you are especially welcomed.

Beginners Gentle Yoga Class Schedule in Havertown

Cost:  $12 per class.  $10 per class if 4 classes are purchased in advance.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR

  • It is recommended to not eat two hours before the class.
  • You should wear yoga or workout clothes that can stretch in, a water bottle and your own yoga mat.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself to find parking, settle into the space, and decompress before the practice starts.  Arriving late disrupts the tranquil mood of the group.
