What to Expect at a Group Motion MOVEMENT Workshop:
Guided improvisational movement-structures accompanied by LIVE music...the music itself is WELL WORTH coming for !!!
(No dance experience necessary)... We welcome everyone who is interested in exploring expressive movement and open connections with others. Please wear comfortable clothes.The Group Motion “Friday Night Workshop”, created by Manfred Fischbeck and Brigitta Herrmann, has been taking place in the city of Philadelphia weekly, since 1968, as well as being led by Laura on the Main Line, first Sun of month, since 2000.
