Salon activity:We will visit 2 gem-like Japanese Zen Gardens in bloom, one in Penn Valley and one in Villanova.Both were designed and constructed by the Master Zen Gardener Hiroshi Makita whose brilliant workcontinues to flourish in the Delaware Valley. Best known for the Swiss Pines Garden, 10 years in the making,he also built a number of private large and small scale Japanese gardens in the area, two of which wewill be visiting.After visiting the gardens we will gather at the home of Sandy Taylor to eat and connect.What to bring: A HEALTHY, DELICIOUS, VEGAN DISH TO SHAREAfter you RSVP we will contact you with the address of the garden in Penn Valley where we will meet, so please email me with your email address or phone number.
