Salon activity:

During this interactive salon at the Home of Ana Negrón  together we will prepare a delicious and life sustaining meal.

Proposal:
The way we eat affects the world's ecological and spiritual balance. Come and participate in a discussion on the real cost at our plate. Begin to lose the taste for some foods and acquire the taste for others. Ingredients for the meal will be purchased ahead of time. 
There will be a shared cost of $4 each.Participants can also bring vegan dips, chips, and drinks. No animal products - ie dairy, eggs, meat, chicken, or fish

Facilitator:
Ana M Negrón MD - Board certified family physician with a nutrition practice. She has been cooking with her patients for seven years
focusing on food literacy and food as medicine.
