Event Description

Theme: The Joy and Power of Laughter

Imagine you're a lawn mower and the only sound you can make is laughter as you mow. Come to the September 11 salon where you will be lead through a series of laughter exercises. Relax your mind, increase your energy and rejuvenate your spirit with the joy and power of mirthful laughter.

Barbara Fortner has volunteered to share her special gift with us. We will begin gathering at 6:30. The program will formally start at 7pm and last for 30 minutes. We'll then share a meal together and continue the laughter informally.

Since we will be sharing a meal, we encourage you to contribute by bringing food. We only need a handful of main dishes, so let me know if you can bring one, by emailing me at ncalbertson@gmail.com. Otherwise, please bring finger food, drinks, or dessert.

About This Salon

The recipe for this salon is simple: a living room-sized group of people and something inspiring. The inspiration can come from a poem, a work of art, an idea, a song, a film, or anywhere meaning is found. From there the magic of Spirit takes over.
